" I had an issue with getting my mom's stove delivered and the customer service aspect. But Rick White jr. Contacted me himself, listened to my issue, understood and then amended the situation. My mom's stove was delivered am hour later and I made her a delicious lunch later that day. 5 stars great service. Thanks Rick "

" Great store wish they were up here in Caldwell area. They are great to work with and never push you into a sale. And when they say they will deliver its on time. Have bought from them many times and still have the furniture and appliances. "

" We've been customers of Wilson Bates for a little over 15 years. Our last purchase our sales associate Debbie Sorenson worked hard to get us the best deal that she could get us and very friendly. The finance manager Paul Hash was very helpful in suggesting which options would be good for us there 12 months with no interest is awesome. It's people like that at Wilson Bates is why we like to shop locally and will continue to do business with them through the years. "
